Project Overview

Flight Help needed a user-friendly, efficient system to manage passenger claims, admin processes, and partner dashboards—all in one place. Our goal was to simplify filing and processing while improving transparency for passengers and airlines alike.

Our Role

We designed an integrated, responsive platform that included:
• A claims dashboard with faster, more intuitive filing
• A partner dashboard for tracking referrals and affiliate performance
• An admin dashboard to streamline back-office tasks
• A custom MUI design system for consistent, scalable design
• Clickable prototypes and user testing to validate and improve UX

Impact & Results

The redesign significantly reduced complexity and improved satisfaction across all user types. Passengers were able to file claims 60% faster, while administrators experienced fewer manual tasks and a more efficient backend flow. The new partner dashboard also increased engagement by offering greater clarity and visibility. Overall, the updated experience led to stronger user satisfaction and better performance across the platform.
