FlightHelp embarked on a mission to create an intuitive and efficient platform for managing passenger claims, flight information, and partner engagement. This project involved designing a custom Material-UI (MUI) component system tailored to the platform’s needs, encompassing the Admin Dashboard, Passenger Dashboard, Partner Dashboard, and the File a Claim form. The goal was to provide a seamless, easy-to-use experience for administrators, passengers, and partners alike.

Our Solution & Approach

Previously, the company relied heavily on extensive Excel sheets and substantial manual effort to update and manage data. A key objective was to streamline tasks for FlightHelp’s administrators, improving their efficiency and reducing workload. The approach centered on enhancing user satisfaction and operational efficiency by creating an integrated digital platform. The claims flow was simplified to make filing claims quicker and more intuitive for passengers, while the admin dashboard was designed to minimize complexity, making daily tasks easier to manage. Detailed wireframes and high-fidelity mockups ensured a seamless, consistent experience that met the needs of both passengers and administrators.

Impact & Results

An iterative design and testing process significantly improved user experience for both passengers and administrators. Faster claims filing reduced drop-offs, a streamlined admin dashboard minimized manual tasks, and the addition of a partner dashboard and affiliate program fostered new collaboration, boosting engagement and efficiency.
