Confidential & Government Work
Some of our most demanding work is for government and regulated teams, including a relocation platform for military families, an AI roadmap builder, and a flight-claims portal. We can't show the screens, but we can tell you what we designed and the numbers it moved.
Project Overview
This is complex, multi-platform, AAA-accessible product work, built to the standards of regulated and high-trust environments. Across web, iOS, and Android, in domains where accuracy, compliance, and trust are not optional, we led product design from research through shipped product.
Our Role
We led product design across UX, UI, design systems, accessibility, and testing, from user research and prototyping through stakeholder sign-off and shipped product. The work spans:
- A large government relocation platform: five products across web, iOS, and Android, unifying five legacy systems for military families, on a custom Material design system
- A connected fitness platform: onboarding that members finish on their own, including pairing the Bluetooth suit with the app, where setup had needed a coach for every new member, plus an interactive progress dashboard, on a custom SwiftUI design system
- An AI roadmap builder: a conversational tool that turns an idea into personas, specs, and a backlog in minutes, with voice input
- A flight-claims portal: a passenger claims experience plus admin and affiliate dashboards
The through-line: every product shipped a custom design system, met AAA accessibility, and was validated with user interviews, testing, and prototypes.
Impact & Results
Five legacy relocation systems became one accessible experience for military families. The AI roadmap builder cut time-to-roadmap to under 15 minutes. And on a connected fitness platform, where setup moved from a coach-led session to onboarding members finish on their own, user retention rose 50% and customer satisfaction 15%. References available under mutual NDA.
