What it is
Figure out what to build, then build it in the same room
We run two tracks. One is for civil engineers building tools for their teams, and the other is for startup founders with an idea and no product yet. In both, you use AI to go from concept to a working MVP in one sitting, with expert guidance at every step, and you define the core mechanism before feature creep can sneak in.
One builder gets picked each session, and we build their MVP live on screen while everyone else runs the same steps on their own idea. We run the lab online, and in person in Los Angeles, Orange County, and Ventura.
